Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What sort of customs do you offer here?
A. This site is only for myspace layouts, icons, graphics, and blinkies. Check out the samples if you are not sure what these are. There are no pixel tags available here. If you want pixel sigtags, check out my other site, Cutesy Pixels.

Q. How much do we get to order?
A. That will always vary. I will post different packages at different times for you to choose from, ranging in price and content. Check back often to see what sort of deal you can snag! Also, once you become a member, you get special pricing on the new packages!

Q. When do I get to see the members area?
A. Once you have filled in the sign up form and paid for your membership, you will be redirected to the members area to login. From there you will be able to view all the samples and start ordering!

Q. What sort of goodies are you talking about in the members area?
A. There are special goodies that I will not post on my main site. Icon sets, graphics, layouts, and even a few downloads. So really this is a custom membership site, but also has freebies to further customize your online space!

Q. How long does the membership last?
A. Each package will be different. For the most part you will have one month access to the members area. Even if you use up all your credits for items, you will still be able to access the members area for the remaining days so you can use the members goodies! But be sure to check the package when you are signing up because occassionally there will be limited packages.

Q. Can I order more than 1 package at a time?
A. Yes, you can, but there are some exceptions. Check the package to see what the details are, as some I will only allow you to purchase 1. But, for example, lets say you order the September grand opening package, which lasts for one month. If the next week you see an awesome deal on another package and you want to order it to before the deal is gone, you may do that but you can not start your 2nd package til you have used up all of the credits for your first package.

Q. How do I know how many credits I have left?
A. To take the hassle away from you having to remember what you have already ordered and what you have left to order, I have created a credits page to the members area for you. Once you become a member I will add you within 48 hours, and when you place an order and I fill it, I will update the chart with what is left for you to order.

Q. How will I recieve my graphics when they are done?
A. Once I have completed your order, I will email you with a link to your very own page to grab your graphics from. Noone else will ever see this page, nor be able to find it so what you get is only snaggable by you!

Q. I have seen something else at another site that I really want, but can't afford to pay them for. Can you just make something similar for me?
A. No No No! That would start a whole lot of drama that I am not interested in dealing with. That is why the only things that can be ordered here are from my premade section, because I know it is not copying other maker's things.
